Goddamn Confuse Ray.
I love that it's like they eat the stone when you use one in FR/LG.
I enjoyed Feathers and Gastly's stalemate.
And your take on the channelers' random noises!
"They have some interesting dialogue" - Some of my fave NPC quotes!! I really wish they could be rebattled. Sad they changed the "Give me your soul" one in Gen 3. That was apparently a step too far. But "Give me blood" is perfectly fine.
B-b-b-b B-b-b-b Bonely. I'm a bonely bitch. B-b-b-b B-b-b-b Bonely... SUPAbonely.
(I apologise.) (Esp. if you're not familiar with that song) (It just works so well)
WHY WOULD YOU SELL THE CALCIUM?? (Moments later...) Oh, fair enough. (Although MindGames is just like "Nooooooo!")
It's pronounced as "Dil-iss" - Norman's mother in Fireman Sam

Confuse Ray's so annoying when you switch into it, wasn't prepared to switch again so had to go for the full heal Hadn't noticed that before but can't unsee that now, kind of works with the lore though as the evolution stones are used up during the evolution. Yeah, was hoping Gastly would use Curse and cut half it's HP but it kept using non effective ghost attacks Thanks, took some inspiration from your Gengar voice in Mystery Dungeon for the one that made the kekekekeke noise Yeah, that's a strange one to change, I guess they got rid of soul for religious reasons but blood seems like something that they would also find objectionable Nice, hadn't heard the song but looked it up on youtube, definitely fits with Cubone Yeah, should have kept the Calcium especially given I somehow missed I had a Star Piece I could sell instead, was worried I wouldn't have enough money for the coins for the Thunderbolt TM but ended up with too many Thanks, I'll remember for future, it'll be a Welsh name so different pronunciation

Pfft. It doesn't even have a Leftovers. What good is that?? Yeah, roast it Ninetales. "Snorlax is such a pain." YES. IT IS. (Can you feel my resentment towards it. ) I love how trainers have to just obediently give you double the money if they see the Amulet Coin. "Uh-uh-uh! Amulet Coin!" *taps Amulet Coin* "Oh FFS..." What's his plan after taking your bike from you if he's already on a motorbike? "I'll just... keep your bike with me for the time being." Yup, I get vengeful like that when they won't let me escape too! "You heading to Fuchsia?" "......... Yep" - Perfectly delivered That notice really is so random. It's such a "clearly carried over from Gen 1" thing.

Pfft. It doesn't even have a Leftovers. What good is that?? Yeah, the Gen 2 Snorlax at least had Leftovers and there was just the one Snorlax roadblock Yeah, I always find trying to catch Snorlax worst than Legendary Birds/Mewtwo as they're not essential to progressing in the game and you can at least be prepared with better items at that point. Snorlax being able to fully heal with rest every time you get it's HP low or give it a status condition makes it worst. Yeah, the trainers with Amulet Coins probably aren't the most popular trainer to battle Yeah, can't see him swapping his Motorbike for a small Bicycle Yeah, Feathers was close to levelling up too so Raticate chose a bad time not to let me escape Thanks Yeah, was a bit confused when I first read that thinking it was talking about deliberately losing on purpose before realising it was referring to people throwing their games/consoles in anger when losing

Yes, mad woman! Take out that hugely inferior Poison type! Muk, you really suuuuuuuuuck... "I'm making a mess of this." I know that feeling all too well... I love those TV show and picture descriptions - "It looks like it's feeling good." One of my greatest shames in Pokémon (which I've probably mentioned before at some point) is not actually finishing Blue the first time around because I had no idea what to do with the warden and then couldn't get through Victory Road. But I applaud the earlier gens for not making it stupidly obvious what you're meant to do all the time!! That guy in the Pokémart - I was just like, "WTF is he on about." I like that you just walked off without responding. I'm so proud of catching Kangaskhan and Tauros in the Safari Zone in both Gen 1 and 3... clearly I need to mention it as much as possible. That guy so confused about the Eevee evolving into Vaporeon while his became a Flareon... there's really no excuse for being confused about that one. I can understand the Gen 2 NPC being confused about Espeon and Umbreon.

Yes, mad woman! Take out that hugely inferior Poison type! Muk, you really suuuuuuuuuck... Yeah, Muk's a pain constantly spamming minimize, can't poison mad woman though I tend to make more mistakes when recording too, off screen I don't seem to make as many mistakes Yeah, kind of wish there was more dialogue for the TV like in RSE though That happened with a friend of mine back in the day where he go stuck in Red after not being able to get into Saffron City, I suggested trying to take a drink from the vending machine to the guard which got him unstuck but it was pretty much just a lucky guess. I made a pretty big mistake which prevented me from finishing Gold the first time I played it as I taught the Shuckle the NPC gives you in Cianwood City Rock Smash via TM but then gave it back meaning I could no longer use it in the overworld. I thought it was more important than it actually was and when I got stuck in the Ice Cave though having nothing to do with Rock Smash I thought I wasn't going to be able to complete the game because of it and ended up restarting. Although Cyndaquil was my first starter it wasn't the Johto starter I first beat the league or completed the game with as I chose Chikorita on my second attempt which became the main save file I had for years, I pretty much like both starters equally and why I find it hard to chose a favourite between them . Pidgeot was my main pokemon on both those teams though being the highest levelled pokemon in my party and the first to reach level 100. Yeah, his dialogue about Safari Zone merchandise was pretty random It's a good achievement, I've never been able to catch either or Chansey there In gen 1 I always had to resort to using the Cinnabar Island Coast Glitch to catch the Safari Zone Pokemon. Yeah, it seems pretty common knowledge among the NPC's in the Kanto games how Eevee evolves to Vaporeon, Flareon and Jolteon with the stones, seems strange him not knowing

I like that you're just holding on to the Gold Teeth. Forgot to swap them for the Strengh HM before heading to Route 15, need to do that when I head back to Fuschia to challenge the Gym I tried to add in audio I recorded later as I messed up reading one of the lines and forgot to read another but didn't really work that well No worries, Muk and Weezing are two of my least favourite pokemon to battle against

Well Birdkeeper, you don't always need to use TMs to teach good moves to Pokémon... but there certainly are some trash level-up movesets in Gen 3, so... fair call. "I said trade!" Once again... it was YOU who instigated this. If Venonat's staying in the PC, its name is particularly perfect. I appreciate the Red Dwarf episode title being Ditto's name. The two Rimmers saluting each other came to mind. "Well now you've got it in stereo, baby!"

Yeah, Squirtle's moveset is pretty bad with the water moves and Nidorina doesn't learn it's best pre-evolution move Crunch till level 53 Yeah, not sure if Venonat will feature later on but it's probably going to be in the box for a while Thanks, I'll probably use ME 2 in a double battle at some point and quote that line

Part 22 of Leaf Green - Trades and Evolutions!
Sorry for the audio quality later in the video, was using a different computer to record the audio and think I was a bit too close to the TV as well and was picking up sound from that too.
