Hello, TC, and welcome to my first ever attempt to host a Mafia, with MegaPod as my co-host. If I miss an update or two I apologize in advance. Below are the rules and, if you're new to mafia, the objective for each side. I don't intend to have a story for this but I can try to write one if anyone would like.
The game will have 13 players. Each player who signs up will have a role and alignment built from them. Once the game is full, these roles will be randomized, and you will receive someone else's abilities and objective.
Ex.
Darthwolf (Town Nightkiller) -> Cilantro
MegaPod (Town Cop) -> Darthwolf
Cilantro (Mafia Doctor) -> MegaPod

Rules
1. Follow the general Team Chaos rules.
2. No outside discussion of the game is allowed, except that provided by the host.
3. Roleclaiming is not allowed, however nameclaiming is.
4. Do not copy from or forge role messages and post them for other participants to see; any claims must be in your words.
5. Be an active participant, please! That means you should post in every phase of the game if possible, unless an exception is made by the host. Failure to participate will result in substitution, or if necessary, modkilling.
6. If you have a night action but choose not to use it, please say so in your private conversation with the host.
7. The first Day phase will last 72 hours, and the first Night phase will last 48 hours or until all actions are locked. The length of subsequent phases will be adjusted at the hosts' discretion.
8. As a game with 13 players, the majority required for votes to be locked is 6.
9. Once dead, you may not make posts which contain any information relevant to the game, unless an exception is made by the host.
10. Please try to bold your votes for clarity.
11. You may directly switch votes to another player without unvoting; your most recent vote choice will override any others.
12. A tie between two or more players with the most votes will result in no lynch.
13. No editing posts other than to fix typos or grammatical errors.
14. No abusing loopholes in the game. If you think you've found one or are unsure, feel free to ask the host where appropriate.
15. To let us know that you've read the rules, please include "tasty leaves" in your sign-up post. Or not, if you don't want to.

Objective
In a game of mafia, there are two main factions, the Town and the Mafia. The Mafia players know each other and get to kill off a player each night phase, and win if they outnumber the Town. The Town players, who do not know who each other are, must take advantage of each day phase to vote off every Mafiosi. There may also be independent parties who will try to fulfill a separate win condition.
